Mr. Mohamed Abd El Malik

Mr. Mohamed Abdelmalek stands as a seasoned professional, his expertise spanning diverse functional areas. As one of the founders of the Consortium of African Experts, he currently holds the esteemed position of president. His specialized domains include strategic planning, human resources, recruitment, financial planning, and contractual skills. Notably, Mr. Abdelmalek harbors a keen interest in fostering small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and promoting entrepreneurship across Africa.

With a remarkable 15-year tenure at the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), he immersed himself in multilateral finance with a laser focus on the African continent. His impact extended beyond banking operations: Mr. Abdelmalek meticulously designed training programs for banking experts across national, Arab, and African institutions. These initiatives reached banks in Chad, Guinea, Nigeria, Tunisia, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Zaire, and Morocco.

Entrepreneurship beckoned, and Mr. Abdelmalek answered the call. He founded “Africa Acumen Management (AAM)”, a consulting firm specializing in B2B contact databases and effective management tools. AAM’s comprehensive services encompass corporate development, strategic partnerships, and capacity-building programs—21 diverse initiatives that reflect his commitment to growth and sustainable impact.

From March 2021 to 2023, Mr. Abdelmalek served as the Head of Compliance & Ethics at BADEA, further solidifying his role in shaping responsible and ethical practices within the organization.
