Dr. Noureddine Selmi
Former Tunisian Minister of Equipment, Housing, and Territorial Planning
Prof. Noureddine Selmi is a Former minister – University professor – International expert, and consultant. He recipient of the Republic Medal for Education and Science. He currently serves as a Professor at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies in Qatar. Furthermore, he has held several high-ranking government positions in Tunisia and has extensive academic and consultancy experience, with numerous publications in international journals and contributions to books.
